You are solely responsible for the content you submit. All claimed listings and reviews represent the opinions or statements of the users who posted them. Anyone can post, so it may be biased, out-of-date, or incorrect. We disclaim all liability for errors or omissions in user content. Images, videos or other media uploaded to the site are the responsibility of the users who uploaded them. Findcaterers.co.uk cannot be held responsible for media content added by site contributors.

Reviews must be posted under the customer’s real name and written by the customer who actually received the service or product.

If you choose to add photos to your review, please upload only images that you own or have permission to use, and that directly relate to your review—e.g. the actual dish, event setup, or service in question. Do not upload photos that include identifiable individuals without their consent, and ensure they do not contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS) before uploading.
By submitting a review or rating to the website, you acknowledge and accept that your name (or the name you provide) will be publicly displayed alongside your review.

We reserve the right to remove or transfer reviews away from a business account when the business comes under new ownership and to remove a review when it appears there is an escalating situation of harassment between the reviewer and the business.
Our sole discretion will be used to determine if a review is in violation of this review policy. Any reviews in violation will be promptly deleted and no further explanation will be due to you if the review was determined to be in violation with this policy.
Catering businesses may create an account to add a new listing or claim an existing one.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.
You may only create or claim a listing if you are the owner of the business or have been explicitly authorized by the owner to represent them.
All details in your listing must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Only upload images and logos you own or have permission to use. These must accurately reflect your business and services. Content should be clear, relevant, and respectful.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or removal:
We may request verification to confirm your authorization to manage a listing. This may include proof such as a business email address, phone verification, or supporting documents.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit, suspend, or permanently delete any listing at any time, with or without notice — whether for violating these rules or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the quality and integrity of the platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind. We make no representations or warranties about the website or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties.
