Assortment of Japanese bento meals in individual bento boxes. Each meal is complete as a nutritionally balanced meal, and apart from the main dish (meat, fish, egg, etc – see menu) includes rice, vegetables, pickles and miso soup. The meals are delivered cold and can be eaten cold or reheated (microwave). The bento meals are ideal for groups which require a minimum of fuss or disruption. There is no service; people can simply help themselves to a bento box of their choice. The meals can also form part of a larger gathering with full-service caterers who wish to offer some Japanese dishes as an option.
