Unique rustic live fire outdoor catering company based in Carlisle, Cumbria, founded by chef Ash who trained in Michelin-starred restaurants and various eateries before returning to traditional fire cooking methods. Born from their own wedding experience in 2017, they created this service to offer couples the unique, rustic catering they couldn’t find elsewhere.
Utilises extensive fire cooking equipment including Asado crosses for whole lambs and beef ribs, cedar planks for hot smoking salmon, fire cages with hanging grills, rotisserie, hot smoking boxes, and swing grills. Their versatile cooking method allows them to cater diverse events across North West England, Scottish Borders, Northumberland, and Yorkshire.
Provides comprehensive catering for weddings, private garden parties, and stag/hen events with cooking workshops where guests learn fire cooking techniques.
