A wood-fired pizza catering service operating from a specially converted Land Rover Defender ‘Chi-Chi’ housing a near one-tonne stone oven. Based near Chichester, this team of friendly chefs specialises in artisan sourdough-based pizzas with rustic flavours, using locally sourced ingredients.

Their unique setup reaches temperatures of 450°C, cooking pizzas in just 90 seconds whilst creating spectacular visual entertainment for guests. Beyond pizza, they offer handmade garlic bread, Sicilian olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella pearls, all enhanced by the kiln-dried ash wood’s smoky flavour.
