A mobile street food operation run from a custom-made airstream trailer, available for hire at festivals, weddings, private parties, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, and children’s events.

The menu centres on gourmet dry-aged smash burgers and loaded fries, drawing on Basque culinary traditions alongside British and Arabic food influences. Pasture-raised beef is used throughout. The business works with eco-conscious suppliers, uses organic produce, and operates with 100% recyclable packaging.

Street food pitches are also run at regular intervals at local venues, with dates and locations shared via social media.
