Based at St Georges Market Belfast as Sizzle & Roll, trading every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday since 2002. Their outside catering business was established due to numerous customer enquiries, focusing on excellent service and good value for money in creating memorable food experiences.

Uses only local fresh products from suppliers providing consistent quality food, specialising in gourmet lean 6oz steak burgers produced by a Farm Quality Assured Belfast butcher to their own recipe. Their signature dishes are served on freshly baked brioche buns from local bakeries with various toppings and sauces.

Operates with their TRAILBLAZER BBQ setup, self-contained within a pop-up gazebo with BBQ trailer, suitable for all-weather events year-round. Their philosophy is “fresh local food, lovingly produced and creatively cooked” using charcoal BBQ cooking methods for authentic flavours.
