The catering operation utilises 500-degree ovens to flash-fry sirloin steaks, which are served on fresh sourdough or brioche rolls alongside a selection of cheeses, sauces, and salads in compostable trays. The burger offering features prime cuts of British Wagyu beef, prepared as two 3oz smashed burgers with cheese, pickles, onions, and sauces from Sauce Shop.
All beef is grass-fed and matured for a minimum of 21 days, with alternative options including salmon, halloumi burgers, and vegan burgers available with advance ordering. The service can accommodate both table service with waiting staff and casual food truck-style service, with all fries cooked in vegetable oil to cater for various dietary requirements.
