A family-run catering and event management company specialising in authentic Punjabi and South Asian cuisine. All food is handmade and freshly prepared using a combination of traditional and contemporary methods, drawing on recipes and cooking techniques passed down through generations of the founding Sahota family.

The food offer is broad, covering canapés, small plates and bowl food, buffets, tiffin and thali, street food, afternoon tea, plated fine dining, table service, and an Indo-fusion range. The company also accommodates Gujarati, South Indian, Kashmiri, Oriental and European cuisines. Services span private celebrations — including weddings, pre-wedding events, birthdays and anniversaries — corporate events such as drinks receptions, buffet lunches and gala dinners, school meals, public events and festivals, and wholesale supply to pubs, restaurants, hotels and other caterers. A venue-finding service and in-house event management — covering décor, theming and entertainment — are also available alongside the catering offer.

The company has delivered over 150 events per year and supplied more than 100,000 portions to athletes at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. It holds multiple accreditations in food safety, hygiene and sustainability, and has received the ABCC President’s Award from the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce. A culinary and hospitality training academy operates from its West Bromwich base.
